The Gospel in a World Gone Wrong - Romans 1.

Starting April 12 through May 17, 9:30 AM, Pastor Jason will be teaching a new Sunday School series in Romans 1. This is one of the most important and timely chapters in all of Scripture. It helps us understand the world as it truly is: a world filled with confusion, rebellion, idolatry, and sin—and yet a world into which God has acted powerfully to save in the gospel. In this chapter, the Apostle Paul sets before us the ruin of humanity, the darkness of sin, and the righteousness and glory of the good news of Jesus Christ.

This will be a deeply rewarding and relevant study for the church in our present moment. Romans 1 helps us think clearly about truth and error, sin and judgment, grace and salvation, the human condition, and the only hope for a fallen world.

Pastor Jason's hope is that this class will help us grow in biblical clarity, spiritual conviction, humility, courage, and gratitude for Christ. As we study this great chapter together, we should pray the Lord will use it to steady His people, deepen our confidence in the gospel, and strengthen us to live faithfully in a world gone wrong.
